Chinese head chef Lim Hong Lih prepares a Cantonese culinary feast with 5 ON 25’s five-course dinner. Iberian Prey with Barbecue Sauce Y Fried King Prawns with Seaweed Powderfollowed by boiled fish maw, dried scallop, upper casing Y Abalone SoupY Wok Fried Wagyu Strips with Garlic and Peppers. It is priced at SGD 168++ per person, with an additional SGD 105++ for bespoke wine pairing.
From February 10 to 19, beef specialist The Gyu Bar will offer a special edition of Maki called valentine’s maki ($48). The heart-shaped sushi roll is made with lightly torched Miyazaki Wagyu A5, rolled in seaweed and Hokkaido rice and served with Hokkaido uni on the side. It is available for dine-in and take-out (with a day’s advance order) during lunch (12:00 pm to 3:00 pm) and dinner (6:00 pm to 10:00 pm). Make a reservation by emailing or calling the restaurant.
Yàn Cantonese Restaurant offers a six-course set menu for lovers to enjoy.
