Ringing in the holiday season!

Last week I undressed the cold and went out at 24the Milwaukee Annual Christmas Lights Festival and had a great time. We feasted on DoubleTree Hotel cookies and hot chocolate, also enjoyed live music, performances and much more. I was able to capture the Christmas light display and made a video for everyone to enjoy!

Just because the temperature has dropped doesn’t mean the festivities have been called off. Below is a list of events and places to visit this holiday season, but before you go, there are a few things to remember to dress for the weather. If the event is in downtown Milwaukee and it will be 40 degrees outside, dress as if it is 20 degrees as it is colder near the lake.

Also, dress young children in flashy clothing and coats; When there are Christmas lights, it will be dark and you want to make sure you can see them and keep up with them. Since most events are held outdoors, restrooms can be limited, so drink less and be sure to find a comfortable, warm, and well-lit place to use the restroom before heading to the event.
