With the cost of turkey and Thanksgiving dinner ingredients higher this year, it’s no surprise that people are considering alternatives for turkey day this time around.

Reunion Brewery in Coralville
ReUnion Brewery’s Thanksgiving Buffet returns this year with something on the menu to satisfy the whole family.
On the menu are prime rib, chicken marsala, mashed sweet potatoes with brown maple butter, turkey, ham, and all the other side dishes you’d expect on the fourth Thursday of the month.
Oh, and don’t worry. Apple and pumpkin pie is also on the menu to satisfy your sweet tooth.
Adults are $34, children 12 and under are $17, and toddlers eat free.
The Thanksgiving buffet is from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Ox Yoke Inn
The Amana Colonies’ Ox Yoke Inn restaurant will be serving Thanksgiving dinner.
Choose between a turkey dinner or a turkey and ham banquet. Get sides of mashed potatoes, green bean casserole, fruit salad and more with your choice.
