Last Friday night was Let’s Smile’s 4the annual Let’s Smile, Giggle, and Laugh fundraiser and had the wonderful opportunity to be a part of this fun night.
As you probably know and heard, Let’s Smile hosted their Comedy Night fundraiser last Friday, and it featured not only performances by two comedians, but also delicious appetizers, a social hour, and of course, a cash bar and an amazing raffle. items.
This year’s performers were Linda Aarons and Tommy Ryman, and not only were they hilarious, but they’re both Minnesota natives! Whoa, whoa!
There were so many people at Torey’s that night and everyone seemed to be enjoying the event. It was so nice to be able to come and celebrate Let’s Smile and see a community come together to laugh and help one of Owatonna’s amazing non-profit organizations.
If you didn’t know, Holly Jorgensen, Collaborative Dental Hygienist, is the CEO and Founder of Let’s Smile, and her love and passion for helping low-income children and families through preventative dental care is so heartwarming.
Did you know that for the first THREE YEARS of Let’s Smile, Holly essentially worked for free and used her personal vehicle to reach families within the area because her love and passion for providing dental care runs so strong?
It truly is people like Holly Jorgensen (and her amazing team) that not only make Owatonna an amazing community, but make the world a better place. That’s why Friday was so fun and moving, we were all there to help and thank Holly and her amazing team.
So if you did it on Friday, I hope you had fun! And if you didn’t, I’m sure they’ll have another comedy night next year and I’m sure it will be just as amazing, if not more.
