Swedish electric vehicle manufacturer CAKE has announced that all units of the limited edition Bukk motorcycle have sold out.

The off-road-focused EV was launched at the recently concluded 2022 EICMA auto show, with the entire batch of 50 units being reserved within a week.

The all-electric two-wheeler is powered by a 21.4-hp frame-mounted electric motor paired with a 2.9 kWh battery pack.

The EV sits on an aircraft-grade forged aluminum frame and flaunts a prominent, spike-shaped front fender, wide handlebars, slim tank-like panel, long one-piece seat, and a very long rear section. sharp.

The fully electric motorcycle rides on lightweight aluminum wheels with wire spokes and weighs 85kg.

It has a top speed of 100 km/h.

The off-road focused Bukk is powered by a frame-mounted electric motor paired with an IP-rated 2.9 kWh battery pack. The configuration generates a maximum power of 21.4 hp and a maximum torque of 420 Nm. The battery can last three hours of “Enduro” on a single charge.

It is equipped with disc brakes on both wheels.

For rider safety, the Bukk comes equipped with “Formula” disc brakes on the front and rear wheels, along with a multi-mode regenerative braking system for better control on loose surfaces.

The bike’s suspension functions are handled by “Black WP Cone Valve” telescopic forks at the front and an “Ohlins S46” adjustable monoshock unit at the rear.

CAKE Bukk: prices and availability

Only 50 units of the CAKE Bukk will be produced worldwide, and all units of the off-road focused bike have sold out. The EV carries a sticker price of $14,970 (roughly Rs. 12.2 lakh) in global markets.
