New Orleans residents can now order King Cake through King Cake Hub

It’s the most wonderful time of the year! It’s King’s Day, which means you can finally eat King Cake guilt-free. This also means that the highly anticipated King Cake Hub has reopened for the carnival season. The Shop at Historic New Orleans Collection at 520 Royal Street will serve the French Quarter with a rotating selection of king cakes. According to a press release from King Cake Hub organizers, there will be a kick-off party on Friday at 9:30am with DJ Eureka Starfish. The pop-up location will be open Tuesday through Saturday from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Sunday from 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. This will be King Cake Hub’s fifth year selling king cakes from bakeries across the town. This year includes over 70 cakes from Bittersweet, Breads on Oak, Brennan’s, Bywater Bakery, Caludas’s, Cannata’s, Caywood and Randazzo Bakery, Hi Do Bakery, Gracious, Joe Gambino’s Bakery, NOCCA/Cake Cafe, Sugar Love, Nolita, Mad Matter Bakery, Waffles on Maple, Marguerite’s King Cakes, as well as a number of King Cake-related confections and other products. King Cake Hub will be open daily from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. beginning January 6 through Lundi Gras. Delivery will be available through D’livery.
