Famous Toastery launches not-so-basic fall menu

Famous Toastery, the breakfast, brunch and lunch franchise of more than 25 units, has always stood out with quality ingredients, a made-from-scratch menu and a commitment to excel in the best breakfast segment. Now, it’s launching a not-so-basic menu for the fall season in partnership with local North Carolina favorite, Abby’s Better Nut Butter.

Available through November 27 at select locations, including all corporate locations and select franchise locations, customers will be able to come inside and sample the new “Famously Fresh” fall food and beverage menu at Famous Toastery.

The “Non-Basics Fall Menu” includes items such as Fall Soup, Harvest Salad, Carrot Cake French Toast Casserole, Apple Oatmeal Bake, Pumpkin Pancakes, and Pumpkin Waffles . Diners can also order tasty fall cocktails like the Spiked Warm Apple Cider, Apple Cider Mimosa, Fall Coffee Flight (hot or cold) and, of course, the Not-Your-Basic Pumpkin Spice Latte.

Following the mantra of “Be Famous,” Famous Toastery recently launched a revamped menu and a new tagline “Famously Fresh.” As part of that launch, the brand launched a system-wide partnership with Abby’s Better Nut Butter.

“This association is very special for us,” said Lorna Martínez, director of marketing. “Abby is located in our own backyard and we believe very much in the product. Abby uses simple, real ingredients to create a product that aligns with Famous Toastery. We are delighted to create a marriage between our two brands.”

Raised in Charlotte, North Carolina, Abby’s Better Nut Butter founder Abby Kircher has always been invested in her health and creating a healthy lifestyle. Driven to bridge the gap between flavor and health, Abby pulled out her food processor, nuts, and some natural sweeteners and began making a variety of nut butter flavors and bites to create what is known today as Abby’s Better. . Today, just a few years later, that product has a following across the country.

“Abby’s Better Nut Butter is based in the town where we started in North Carolina,” Martinez said. “When we recently reviewed and updated our menu, we knew there was a great opportunity to bring Abby into the process.

Famous Toastery will take advantage of this new partnership to introduce a soon-to-be menu staple at its restaurants, Abby’s Better Nut Butter toast, featuring protein-infused nut butter, crumbled bacon and a drizzle of 100% Grade A maple syrup. .

Looking ahead, Martinez says the team plans to use its partnership with Abby’s to roll out seasonal menu items in the future. “We want this to be a recognizable, long-lasting relationship, not just a one-time thing,” he said.

Famous Toastery customers will be able to enjoy the new fall menu through November 27 and a new holiday menu will launch on December 5 and will be available at select locations.
