Henry Wang, photo editor: “Unpopular opinion, but using Thanksgiving turkey for leftovers and stock always succeeds. It continues to be even more difficult after Thanksgiving.”

Chris Kim, Head of Video Editing: “If I had to pick a favorite Thanksgiving food, it would be mashed potatoes, stuffing, and cranberry sauce, but I’m going to be completely honest: I’m not the biggest fan of Thanksgiving food.”

Jonny Berkowitz, Associate Video Editor: “The best Thanksgiving meal is stuffing. Nothing is more difficult than a good stuffing and it goes with everything”

Meredith MacLean, Internal Beat Editor: “My favorite Thanksgiving food is definitely turkey, which, while the star of the show, I think is a pretty unpopular choice as a favorite. I also love stuffing, green beans, and pumpkin pie, but maybe my most controversial version is I skip the mashed potatoes.”

Rachel Chang, Social Media Editor: “I have to say my favorite Thanksgiving foods are turkey, mashed potatoes, candied yams with marshmallows on top, and my mom’s amazing pumpkin mousse pie.”
